Once a tenant gives their 30-day notice, we conduct a pre-moveout inspection to assess conditions and schedule materials and renovations ahead of time.
After the inspection, we review the documentation, create material lists, and schedule each phase for final approval.
Once the final schedule and cost estimate are approved, we source materials from our vendors at the best prices. Upon delivery, materials are staged in units, ready for installation.
With the project in motion, each project phase begins as planned, with progress photos provided at every step. You’ll stay informed on our timeline—whether we’re ahead or behind—through real-time updates on our online portal.
Keys to a finished unit are given to the point-of-contact to give final inspection.
